Very Berry Bliss Balls

This recipe is non-dairy and gentle on a sensitive tummy. If you have a dry mouth or throat, avoid rolling in the extra coconut.

Prep time: 10 minutes + rolling time

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon almond spread/butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut + extra for coating
  • Zest of ½ a lemon, optional
  • All all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined and a sticky ball forms.
  • Roll a tablespoon of mixture at a time to form balls. Roll in extra coconut if desired. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
